so i see what happened to the reviews.
the item, for some reason, didn't "locate" in the US cluster, so when the review came in to go anywhere in US where it was located, it found nothing and went nowhere.
this normally would flag an error as a secondary "is item in our catalog?" check runs. however, that secondary check is not always able to run right now (due to movies partially living in our US cluster and partially living in our SF cluster and database).
sorry for the inconvenience!!
we are trying to get movies "100% US cluster"
so this kind of thing won't happen.
i truly hope by end of July, if not sooner!
if you give me a list of identifiers, i can try to find the reviews...
